2024–2025
- Full construction and completion works at the Green Coast complex.
- Complete internal construction of the “Dertliu” high school, Tirana.
- Complete internal construction of the “FLAR” hotel, Golem.
- Complete interior works in several villas at Collina Verde (behind TEG).
- Total villa reconstruction at LURA complex, Lalëz Bay.
