The construction company ER-SA sh.p.k. is an entity with a rich and successful history in the field of reconstruction and construction services. It was founded in 2002 and has since embarked on a journey filled with achievements and continuous development in this industry.

Our History
The company began with finishing and reconstruction works for banks, institutions and private clients, including the renovation and refurbishment of 55 bank branches for Alpha Bank, NBG Bank, Tirana Bank and Emporiki Bank across Albania between 2002 and 2007. Over the following years the scope expanded into full construction of hotels, villas, schools and complexes.

Our Experience
Beyond the projects listed in this portfolio, ER-SA has completed more than 400 partial apartment renovations. The company has worked across Albania and on projects in the region, including Delta City in Podgorica.

Construction and reinforced concrete works, reconstruction, interior fit-out, electrical and plumbing installations, tiling and plastering, painting and coating, plasterboard systems, thermal and acoustic insulation, quartz flooring and carpentry.
